Before you receive member access to CamTrue services, you must read and agree to the terms and conditions stated below. Please read them carefully, since by joining the CamTrue, you automatically commit yourself to enter into an agreement to the following terms. This agreement is subject to reasonable change at any time and all the changes become effective without notice. Thus we recommend you to check this page once in a while to be aware of any amendments to the original agreement.

Becoming a member of CamTrue you are not required to pay any membership fees in order to get the access to the CamTrue site. However, when you select to enjoy a private chat, you will then need to pay for it according to current rates stated explicitly by the chathost. Before your first purchase (access to private chat) is made, you will need to provide some information and authorize us to verify it.
Please note: You are charged only for private videochat. All other services are provided free of charge, and must be taken "as is", without any guarantee from our part. Please understand, that full operation of optional services, such as Cam-To-Cam function, is very demanding towards your hardware, software and ISP particular settings and therefore cannot be taken for granted.

Agreement to observe adult content:
the CamTrue site is designed and intended solely for voluntarily use by consenting adults, people who are at least 18 years old, who are interested in and wish to have access to visual images, verbal descriptions and audio sounds of a sexually oriented, overtly erotic nature. Thus content of our site may include visual depiction and other descriptions of nudity and sexual activity and should not be accessed by anyone who is younger than 18 years old or who is offended by such materials or who does not wish to be exposed to such materials. By applying for a membership you are making the following explicit statements:

"Under penalty of perjury, I swear/affirm that as of this moment, I am and adult, at least 18 years of age."

"I fully understand that once I gain access to this site, I may be exposed to visual images, verbal descriptions and audio sounds of a sexually oriented, overtly erotic nature, which may include visual depiction and other descriptions of nudity and sexual activity. Restricted Locations Clause:
The site may not be accessed and viewed in any country or location in which that could be considered a violation of any law, regulation, rule, ordinance, edict or custom.

Copyright Clause:
Memberships to the CamTrue Site are intended solely for personal, noncommercial use. Any other, especially commercial use of the site, or any of its content, is strictly forbidden and will be prosecuted. You may not modify any of the content present; as well as use it for any public display, sale or rental; or transfer any material found here to any other person or entity.

We reserve the right to terminate this membership for cause of breach of the terms of this agreement, in which case you will be obligated to immediately delete any information downloaded from CamTrue.

Security Clause:
Access to CamTrue is effected by means of a login and a password. Each Member is bound to keep the login and password strictly confidential. For security reasons, CamTrue will not release these passwords for any reason, to anyone other than the Member, unless specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the Site is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.

We repudiate any liability for improper or unauthorized use, as well as for any internet outages or connection interruptions.

The subscriber hereby warrants and represents that he or she is over the age of 18 and is qualified and competent to enter into this agreement.

Breach of these terms and conditions may result in termination of your CamTrue membership.

Refund Policy

CamTrue has a general no-refunds policy and does not usually cash refunds for services already provided. All sales are final. However, in cause of extraordinary circumstances, we will consider and only grant credits in the form of free private chat time to compensate for a specific loss that is reported within 24 hours.
