1. What should I do if I get a 'wrong login/password' message?
:: Be careful not to enter any spaces before or after the password, the spaces are interpreted as characters and you will not be able to login.
2. I have forgotten my login and/or password, where can I get them?
:: Click on the link "Contact us" in the left menu. Your password or login will be sent to your email. Also you can use "Change password or e-mail address" on the page "Member Services". Follow the instructions on that page. You may restore your password here http://www.camtrue.com/member/passrecover.asp.
Just input your login and your password will be sent to your registered e-mail.
3. How do I change my password/e-mail?
:: To change your password simply sign in, click link “Member services”, then select “Change password or email address”, submit the new password or e-mail or both of them.
4. What is `Check my deposits`?
:: Your deposits page is in the section of the site that is available only for registered users. You can see the history of your deposits in the table. Click on the link "Member Services", in the left menu and then "Check your deposits". Your deposits enable you to watch private videochats.
5. What is `Payment statistics`?
:: The payment statistics help you to control your payments on our site. It is represented as a table. Click on the link "Member Services" in the left menu and then "Payment Statistics".
6. What is 'Mailbox'?
:: "Mailbox" is the free section where you can send and receive not only messages but also invitations to videochat from other users of CamTrue.com.
7. How do I check my Mailbox?
:: You can check your mailbox by clicking on "mail" in the left menu when you are signed in. On the next screen you will see your Inbox. Click on the subject line and you will be able to read your mail. Anything marked with bold type is new mail that you haven't read before.
8. How can I view the Profile of the sender?
:: At the received message or invitation to videochat page, click on the "View sender's profile" at the top of the page.
9. How many mails I am allowed to send?
:: The amount of emails you are allowed to send is unlimited.
10. How do I delete my mail?
:: If you want to delete your mail, click the cross sign to the right of the message that you want to delete. You cannot recover the deleted message
11. How can I see the mail I have sent?
:: Click on "Mail" in the left menu of your page when you are signed in. The "Sent messages" section is in the lower part of the page.
12. How long can my message be?
:: Messages sent in CamTrue.com can be no longer than 4000 characters.
13. What is “Award winners”?
:: You can see all winners in various categories on the page "Award winners". Don't forget to vote for your favorites each week!
14. How do I search for a specific person on CamTrue.com?
:: On "Live Browse" page type in the screenname of the person you are searching and click the "Search" button.
15. What should I do to see the girl?
:: All Videochat rooms are available for all members. This means that straight after registration you can participate in all free videochats. Remember, if you make a minimal deposit of $support@camtrue.com.95 to your account, you will receive 300 seconds free videochat with any chathost as a bonus (and you keep your deposit) and enjoy many other benefits of full membership. Fill in the required forms on the registration page "Free Membership" and follow the steps. To see private video, you have to make deposit to your account, minimal $29.95.
16. I don’t see the video picture in free-chat?
Make sure you have a Windows Media Player 9 or higher installed. If in doubt you can check the version by right-clicking on the picture window and choosing “About…”. You can always download the newest version of MS Player, please click the link at the microsoft.com site.
17. How do I get 300 free seconds private video?
When signed up you can participate in all free videochats only. As soon as you made any deposit to your account (minimal $support@camtrue.com.95) you will receive free 300 seconds private videochat with any chathost as a bonus (and you keep your deposit).
Free seconds are available in Semi-Private mode only!
18. How to use Chat rooms?
:: All Videochat rooms are available for our paying members. Choose the girl, with whom you want to talk in real time. Click "Live Browse" in the left menu on "Adult area" pages. The list of all models that are in their chatrooms right now is on the page "Online models". Click on the girl's photo, then "Guest chat" to talk to her and "Video chat" or "Private chat" to see her.
19. What is Back Video?
If you have a webcam, and you want your Chathost to see you
in video as well you can use the Back Video option. This function
is enabled only in private (semi-private) videochat. To enable the function,
the Chathost (the person who originally has opened the videosession)
has to press the Back Video button in her videochat console.
Note: you cannot initiate the Back Video mode without Chathost’s consent.
Ask her! To start video broadcasting you also first need to have a
WME codec installed at your PC and a webcam plugged into the USB port.

20. On which browser does CamTrue work best?
:: CamTrue works with all browsers, but videochat functions only with Microsoft Internet Explorer(and Mozilla FireFox, but it should be configured first, see topic 32), where also MS Windows Media Player 9 or higher must be installed. We recommend you to download the newest version of MS WME, please visit microsoft.com site.
21. What are the payment methods I can use?
:: You can pay by your credit card (we accept major credit card types: Visa, MasterCard, Discover). For convenience and safety of clients we redirect them to the secure servers of our authorized processors. There you can make payments for our services from your credit cards. Having a deposit made, you can chat with Chat Hosts for as long as you have credit in your account. Each Chathost may charge a different price per minute (or per hour) for video chat, priced according to what they set when opening the session. Before starting a video or private show with a Chathost, PLEASE make sure you have a sufficient amount on your credit account.
22. How to contact support urgently?
IN CASE OF URGENCIES don't hesitate to contact Support live sessions in Live Browse page.
Support operators are online most of the day to help you, but if occasionally no-one is online, feel free to leave your messages and questions, we will answer them as soon as we can.
23. How to cancel my membership?
Click on the link “Contact us” in the left menu and send a message to the support team with the subject “cancel my membership”. Your data will be deleted from our database. Note: any amounts left at your deposit are non-refundable, except when we failed to provide you our services in proper quality.
24. I try to browse the site and see a message “You are not welcome in this part of the site”
That means that you were trying to access areas not relevant to your status, e.g. Chathost controls, when in fact you are not a chathost. Please step back and choose another option.
25. I try to browse the site and see a message “Unfortunately the access from the region you are in is temporarily DISABLED…”
Some countries display higher rate of visitors’ fraud activity and other abuses, which prevents other customers to enjoy our services. Therefore we were forced to temporarily restrict access from these regions to our site, regretfully. Which does not prohibit you of course to be welcome at our site, just drop us a line to help@camtrue.com, and we will give you the full access rights.
26. You can see video in free chat but you don't see it in private (semi-private) chat? What to do?
Make sure you are using PC (Macs are not allowed) and Internet Explorer
latest version (6 or higher).
Download the latest Media Payer.
Make sure you do not use proxy (check with your ISP).
Make sure your firewall (if any) is set properly; port 8080 used for video streaming must be open.
Our service is not intended for dial-up connection, we guarantee video only for high-speed connection (ADSL etc).
Contact us.
The issue is caused by the fact, that you may not use an anonymous proxy server
if you want to see video in private chat. This is a special security feature.
However it is possible, that your specific IP address is connected via proxy-server.
To resolve this issue,we suggest you the following measures.
Try both of them, since any of them separately as well as both might
contribute to the problem.
1. Your ISP might use proxy server open only for port 80 (intended for web
connections). Quite the contrary, at our site, rather the port 8080 is
used for videostreaming.
Note, that in free chat video is NOT being blocked on port 8080, while
in private mode it IS, due to safety reasons (to secure that no one
else could tap to the videostreaming in private mode except the paying
member).
THUS you have to ask your ISP to disable the proxy-server (if there is
one) for your specific IP address.
2. If ocassionally, your ISP does not use the proxy-server, the chance
can be that such a proxy-server is set up at your computer (or both of them).
In this case, try to disable proxy at your PC and change accordingly
settings in your Windows Media Player: Choose TOOLS -> Options ->
Network - Streaming Proxy Settings -> Set up Your Proxy Server - choose HTTP,
press Configure and set up your personal proxy-server
settings accordingly.
>If all that sounds too complicated for you, you might want to ask for help or
an advice from your local ISP support as well. Use this text as a sample for
conversation with the ISP manager.

27. I paid my money, but am not able to use all services at CamTrue, e.g.
Cam-To-Cam mode is not operating
Please note: You are charged only for private videochat. All other
services are provided free of charge, and must be taken "as is",
without any guarantee from our part. Please understand, that full
operation of optional services, such as Cam-To-Cam function, is very
demanding towards your hardware, software and ISP particular settings and
therefore cannot be taken for granted. We feel ourselves strongly committed to
maximal satisfaction of all our patrons' demands, and our support team
is always around to do our best to help you to set up your equipment.
Still NOT ALL customers and chathosts are guaranteed to be able to use
all optional services of our site.
28. I see the note "Free video chat is not available for this room"
This note means that the model is running her or his session in offline mode.
Only Semi-Private or Private Chats are available for members.
There is no way to chat in public chat.
29. Why I can't enter a Chathost's room?
Only members in approved status may enter Chathosts’ rooms.
To get the approved status you should buy CamTrue credit. Minimal credit amount is $29.95.
After buying a credit all member functions of the site become available to you.
30. What is FreeShow?
In FreeShow sessions can participate any registered (get registration) customer who have passed Age Verification.
Once a day (see schedule) for one hour you can watch ladies on-line for free.
As a registered customer you can have any credit with our service and will remain as it is.
Schedule can be changed depending of feed-backs from you and over customers of our service
to make it suitable for most of you.
31. Status Trusetd - what is it?
Your status - Trusetd means that until we'll get a prove that your account
is safe you'll not be able to transfer more then $29.95.
This option was added just to avoid fraud cases
