What should I do if I get a 'wrong login/password' message?
Be careful not to enter any spaces before or after the password, the spaces
are interpreted as characters and you will not be able to login.
I try to browse the site and see a message “You are not welcome in this part of the site”
That means that you were trying to access areas not relevant to your status, e.g. Chathost controls, when in fact you are not a chathost. Please step back and choose another option.

Some countries display higher rate of visitors’ fraud activity and other abuses, which prevents other customers to enjoy our services. I have forgotten my login and/or password, where can I get them?
Click on the link “Contact us” in the left menu and send a retrieval message to the support team. Your password or login will be sent to your e-mail. Also you can “Change password or e-mail address” on the page” Users Controls”. Follow the instructions on that page.
What is “Check my deposits”?
Your deposits are in the section of the site that is available only for registered users. You can see the history of your deposits in the table. Click on the link “Member Services”, in the left menu and then “Check your deposits”. Only having made a deposit you get such advantages as viewing the full profiles of the members, reading and sending messages to other members, modifying profile, uploading photos.
What is “Payment statistics”?
Payment statistics helps you to control your payments on our site. It is represented as a table. Click on the link “Member Services”, in the left menu and then “Payment Statistics”.
How can I get into “User Controls”?
Enter your login and password in the fields at the “User Controls” page of the site and click Submit. The fields for login and password are also on other pages of the site.
Please note: If you have registered in the Dating Area only (you chose “Public Access Areas (including Dating & Friendship” when registering), you are not allowed to switch straight to the Adult Area. To access the Adult Area you have to sign out first (click the link in the top-left of the page), and then either sign in again as an “Adult Area” member (read the FAQ in the relevant area) or enter the area as a guest (limited access only). Note, that the Adult member (registered in Adult Area), on the other hand, enjoys all features and options of all areas from the start, right upon the registration.

Where is my mailbox?
You can get into your mailbox by logging into your account and clicking
on 'MAILBOX' link in the left menu.
How do I check my mailbox?
You can check your mailbox by clicking on “mail”, in the
the left menu when you are logged in. On the next screen you will
see your inbox. Click on the subject line and you will be able to read
your mail. Anything marked with bold type is new mail that you haven't
read before.
How can I view the profile of the sender?
At the received message or invitation to videochat page click on the “view
sender’s profile” or on the nickname of the
sender at the top of the page.
How do I send message/invitation to videochat?
Users can send unlimited number of messages/invitations to videochat absolutely
free. The only rule is not to send information about other competitors communication
facilities. Our robot automatically processes each message and cuts off
direct e-mail, postal addresses, phone numbers etc. Go to your mailbox
and click either “Create new message” or “Create invitation
to chat”on the top of the page. Fill in the user's screenname
that you want to send mail to, the subject of the mail and the actual
message that you want to send. Then click on “send”
and your message will be sent. Also you can send some photos using “attach
file”
How do I answer invitation to videochat?
Read your invitation to videochat then click on “accept invitation
immediately” if you want to enter the user's chatroom just
on the spot, click on “accept invitation latter” if you want
to meet this user later and write her a message with the date on which
you will be able to see her.
How do I send photos?
Users can send unlimited number of messages and invitations to videochat
absolutely free. The only rule is not to send information about other
communication facilities. Our robot automatically processes each message
and cuts off direct e-mail, postal addresses, phone numbers etc. Users
can send 1 photo with one message to other users of CamTrue.com. But Users
can repeat the sending of messages with photos as many times as he or
she likes. To send a photo you should open your mailbox and click on “browse”
button, then choose the photo from your hard disk and click “Send”.
The message with the photo will appear in your “Sent messages”
as a usual message with the file icon.
How many mails am I allowed to send?
The amount of e-mails you are allowed to send is unlimited.
How do I delete my mail?
If you want to delete your mail, check the box on the right hand side
of the message that you want to delete and click on 'delete'.
I deleted a message by mistake, is there any way I can recover
it?
Unfortunately, if you have deleted a message by mistake, there is no way
to recover it. However, write to our support department “Contact
us” in the left menu, supply the sender/recipient and the date
of the message, maybe we will be able to help somehow.
How can I see the mail I have sent?
Click on “Mail” in the left menu of your page when you are logged
in. Then find a “Sent messages” link on the page and click
it.
How long can my message be?
Messages sent in CamTrue.com can be no longer than 4000 characters.
Can I send an attachment with my mail?
Yes, you can. Also you can send photos. To send a photo you should open
your mailbox and click on “browse” button, then choose the
photo from your hard disk and click “Send”. The message with
the photo will appear in your “Sent message” as a usual message
with the file icon.
Profile
How do I change/update the information in my profile?
In the Adult area:
If you want to update any information in your profile, if accidentally you lost your password and you are afraid that somebody could abuse it or if you are simply don’t like it anymore you can change it. Or maybe you are tired of getting junk at your old e-mail and eager to register a new one, sign in, and click the link “Member Services” then “Change password or e-mail address” option.
In the Dating area:
If you want to update any information in your profile or upload your new photos, sign in and click on “User Controls” then link “View/edit my profile” change the information and click “Submit”
How do I change my password/ e-mail?
To change your password simply sign in, click link “Member services” for Adult area, “User Controls” for Dating area, then “Change password or email address”, submit the new password or e-mail or both of them.

If you want to upload your photo into your profile, sign in and click “User Controls”, then “View/edit my profile” use the button “Manage Photos” click on “browse” button, then choose photos from your hard disk and click “Upload new photos”. Your photos will appear in your photo archive after our approval.
How do I remove my photo from my profile?
If you want to remove your picture from your profile, sign in and click “User Controls”, then “View/edit my profile”, then the button “Manage Photos”; when you see the list of pictures, click on the “delete” next to the specific photo.

If you get a blank page after a search, it means that there were no profiles
found in the database that matched your criteria. Try broadening your
search criteria

If you don't get any results, try broadening your search criteria. There
may not be profiles in the database that match the criteria you used.
How to view all profiles of the site?
You can view short profiles of both men and women without signing in.
To do this, click the “All Ladies’ profiles” or “All
Men profiles” link on the home page of CamTrue.com. You will see
the gallery.
How to view the full profiles of the members and send them messages/invitations
to chat?
Sign in and click on "All Ladies' profiles" or "All
Men profiles" links. You will see the gallery of the profiles. Click
on "Send message" or "Invite to videochat" to
write the message or invitation. Click on the photo to view the photo
gallery of the member. Click on the screenname to see full profile. Click
on "Send message" or "Invite to videochat" to
write the message or invitation.
Videochat
What should I do to see the girl in videochat?
All Videochat rooms are available for all registered members. Fill in the required forms on the registration page "Free Membership" and follow the steps. To see private video, you have to make deposit to your account, minimal $2.95.
How to use Chat rooms?
All Videochat rooms are available for all members.
Choose the girl, with whom you want to talk in real time. The list of all girls who are in that chat room right now is on the page "Online gallery" (choose “Ladies online” in the left menu). After opening the girl’s profile, click the “Guest chat” link under the photos to enter into free guest videochat with the girl. In the opened videochat window write your message in the text area field and either click the button "send" or hit "enter" on your keyboard. If you want talk privately to the girl (no other users are allowed) you can choose Private option. Private videochat is chargeable. The per-minute-rate for the private chat is displayed on the relevant page. Remember, we never charge you without your explicit confirmation.
What is Back Video?
If you have a webcam, and you want your partner to see you in video as well you can use the Back Video option.
This function is enabled only in private videochat. To enable the function, the Chathost (the person who originally has opened the videosession) has to press the Back Video button in her videochat console. Note: you cannot initiate the Back Video mode without Chathost’s consent. Ask her!
To start video broadcasting you also first need to have a WME codec installed at your PC and a webcam plugged into the USB port. Instructions on how to start video broadcasting are here.
How to use Full-Screen option?
To see your partner’s video in full screen mode, you can use FULL-SCREEN option. Right-button-click on the video chat window. Double–click the mouse left button or hit Escape to return to the normal view.

CamTrue works with all browsers, but videochat functions only with Microsoft
Internet Explorer, where also MS Windows Media Player 6.4 or higher must be installed. To download the newest version of MS WME please visit microsoft.com site.
