Please note: users with IP from Russia and CIS countries and from many countries from Asia, Africa and close East doesn't have an access to Video-chats and to the Photo-gallery.

For Russian version of FAQ click on an image of a Russian flag on the right-top of the page. Note: this translation used to make comfortable using of our service. It is better to have at least basic knowledge of English language to be able to correspond with service participants. Therefore do not be scared that some of pages, buttons and signs have only English text and more: in chats you can write in English only! Study English language! And our web-site will help you in your studying

4. How to get registration?
To get registration use a link "Become a chat-host" in left menu - on the next page you'll need to fill out registration form "Become chat-host". This info is required to give you an access for Video-sessions. After when you have completed the registration form click on a Submit button.

5. How to upload documents and photos?
Later, when you have filled out the registration form and clicked on Submit button you'll see the page where you can upload photos.
There is several fields where you'll need to upload scanned copy of your passport, Driver License and Age Release. With Browse button you can navigate a copy of your pass or any over document on your PC. Do the same for 4 photos of yours in the fields under the name Photos - remember that first photo have to be portrait and the rest any suitable from your point of view. Print the Age Release form, scan it and upload.
Push Submit button to upload all chosen photos and scans. Also you can send scanned copies of your documents and photos to our support e-mail: support@camtrue.com - we'll help to manage your documents. For 24 hours all documents will be reviewed and submitted by service administration and your profile will be switched from "quarantine" to "active mode".
In case if your uploaded documents do not meet our requirements your profile will remain in "quarantine" and we'll contact you for further instructions.

7. How to start Video-session
First step to open new session is to get registration (see chapter 4. How to get registration? ).
Set up web-camera and do all required settings - download and install an application that will provide you video stream show - you'll need to download self-extracted zip-file from our site - extract and install following instructions included in archive. Detailed info on how to set-up and install video-camera see in chapter 9. After software is installed plug camera wire with Video-card - after that make sure that you can see a picture and adjust sharpness - your PC is ready for a video-session!
if you're already registered customer then after you have login in to your account click on chat host controls in left menu and then on a new page video-chat Options click on 'Open new video-session' - on this page click on 'Press to continue' button on the popped up window make sure that in your browser setting didn't activated block of pop-up windows - otherwise you'll not be able to use private video-chat.
Therefore if you don't see pop-up window with mentioned above button "Press to continue" switch off blocking program or special option in your IE settings (Service - Bock pop-up - window) and refresh the page.
Chose the name of new video-session (it's will be seen in the Live browse galley) in the Full View mode (3-6 words i.e. "Hot ecstasy Tonight for U!" Describe your new session in English - what is special in a new session - what makes difference with over sessions, what kind of accessories will be in use - full description have to be not more then 50 words the files "Tariff of video-chat" enter your price for one minute and one hour. Pay attention that the price for Private-chat is bigger then for semi-private (many viewers can see you) - there is maximum prices in square brackets - if you'll enter bigger price then possible your video-session will not start.
In the pull-down menu "Category" choose category where will be opened your new session - in case if your new session been opened in some hot category choose name of this category from menu "Hot Categories" Please do not choose these categories if you're not sure about your artistic abilities!!! After that when your session has been activated your photo will be showed up in the "Live Browse" gallery and in "All Profiles" gallery that is correspond with category On-line Models - it means that from now any viewer can see your profile and enter your session.
Mark an option "Phone" if you're planning to use phone correspondence in your session. Mark for an option Microphone mean that you're use a sound-card with plugged Microphone (or web-cam with Mick) and viewer can hear you.
Mark beside a word "Toys" means that you use some erotic toys and over erotic accessories.
After, when you'll choose all required options mark all members that you want to participate in your session and click on "Begin session" button to start. From that very moment your photo will appear in the list of Live Browse - it is a signal to all participants that you're ready for chat. Attention: if the "begin Session" button is not active it means that you have not confirmed yet your session by clicking on "press to continue" button that have to appear in pop-up window when you have entered on the page "Select Video-session options".
Video-chat description: the button "Start Break" allow you to place a pause in video-chat - you'll do not need to re-open session every time when you've went somewhere for a break.
After clicking on this button video-transfer will be paused and viewer will see just dark window and in the text-chat will be sent warning about your break. Pause is valid for 15 minutes - in case if your break will exceed this period your video-session will be terminated.
Buttons "Reduce font" and "Enlarge font" you can change the size of text in your text-chat and with buttons "Select join" sound and select "Leave sound" you can choose sound signal of new user and his leaving.
What is "Private" and "Semi Private"? After when your video-chat is opened it is not recommended to show your naked body - even it is prohibited because members will just wait for such moments to come instead Privates.
If viewer want to see striptease-show he'll have to choose paid mode or semi-private.
Once he click on certain button to open Private-chat on you screen will appear new chat window and your photo will disappear from free-chat window and all the rest viewers but will see only empty window- they'll stillbe able to send you text messages.
In Private chat only one viewer will be able to see you. In semi-private chat many viewers can be on-line with you.
That's why we're recommend you setup lower prices on semi-private comparing with Private chat.
As soon as your Private or semi-Private has finished the window will be closed and will start Free-chat (your photo will be restored for all viewers in few seconds).
How to stop session:

1. Push the "Terminate" button
2. Push the "Stop" button in the codec window
3. Close codec window

8. How to edit your profile? (e-mail, password, billing address, Name, Handle)

• To change e-mail or password go to the "Video-chat controls" by clicking on "Chathost controls" button in left menu and choose an option "Change e-mail\password" and make changes.
• To change your billing address that is used for receiving checks for you write a letter to support@camtrue.com (click on "Support" button on the page "Change my e-mail\password" and in the letter put detailed info about yourself and old address. Write new address that you want to get checks to.
• Adding of a new member (handle) to existing account: if you're planning to open sessions in categories where can participate several members at once (Girl+ Girl, Threesomes and so) you'll have to register new members by adding them to your account as a new Handles- you can leave old photos of yours and add new photos of new handles or group-photos. Click on "Add new handle" on the "Videochat controls" page fill the "Add new Handle" registration form and when it's ready click on "Submit" button. Then, on the "Download documents" upload copies of documents of new participants and photos (see "How to upload documents and photos") You can edit your profile settings with link that you'll get from our support center after your help request.
• You'll be able to register one more new name without having to fill all registration form from the beginning. It's will be possible only if you're already registered model of www.camtrue.com - you'll need to follow the link we'll send you. On the page "Add new Handle" to already existing account" and enter current screen name on new participant. After that enter your own name (screen name) new participant have to be added to and, finally, password just to prove that you know your name used for new session.
• Delete participant
  To delete Handle from your screen name session follow the link we'll send you after your request and on the new web-page click on "Delete Handle" and from pull-down menu chose name of handle that you want to delete and click on "Delete" button. If it's will be necessary do the same for all the rest handles.

9. How to install video-camera
First install software for video-transfer (codec or encoder)

• Download from our site zip-files profiler.exe and codec_9.zip (size 9Mb) or from Microsoft site.
• Unzip archives to any folder on your PC (for example, on Desktop)
• Double click on wme9.exe file and profiler.exe and start installation program. As default the software will be installed to the C:\Program Files\Camtrue Network\Profiler\ folder and on a Desktop will appear an icon Profiler.
• Double click on Profiler icon and you'll see a window with several options: "Frames", "port" and sound switcher. When you have entered number of frames and have chosen (or not) sound option click on "Start" button. You'll see new window of Windows Media Encoder. Push the "Start" button (green color).
• Plug your web-cam to USB port of your PC. In case if you would prefer to use Video-camera plug it to the Video-card on your PC (please note, your Video-card have to support Video-capture ability) or use special Video-capture card.
• open site www.camtrue.com and login to your account.
• start new session by clicking on "Begin new session" button.

10. How to use Photo archive?
Don't forget - photography is very important criteria for your profile to be chosen by customers.
To keep interest of customers it is recommended to re-new periodically some of your photos.
To up load your photos on the "Videochat controls" click on "Edit Photo archive" button and with "Browse" button choose new photos on your computer.
Click on "Submit" button to start upload process. If you want to delete\exchange some of photos of yours click on "Delete" button first beside photo that have to be deleted and after that click on "Browse" button.
Just remember that first photo have to be more portrait-like! and all the rest any suitable. Result of your photo changing will be seen at web-site after reviewing of service administrator after several hours on the page "View\edit my profile" and in Photo archive. In case if you not satisfied with photo uploading (after automatic photos re-formatting photos can be cutted by the top or bottom and as a result important parts can be missed)- automatic cutting script serves to keep our web-site design. In this case, please try to upload different photos or send request to support@camtrue.com. Please pay attention to the quality of a photos you up-load - thy really important for your web-site activity!

11. How to make photos from web-camera?
You can make photos from your web-camera with Webcam capture software. You can download this program here Click on given link and you'll see started downoad progress window where you'll need to click on "save" button - choose a place on your PC where to downloaded file will ó stored in and click again the "Save" button. When downloading have finished you'll see new note "Download complete" - click on "Open" button and in the opened window double click on videocap.exe icon. In the settings tab choose from pull-down menu "Video source" choose your camera and click on "Ok" button. Follow next instructions to make photos:

1. Close camtrue_standart.wme if it was already opened.
2. Open "webcam capture" program (double click videocap.exe file)
3. In the top menu choose "Options" and then choose source of video on the tab "Capture source" and select your video-camera name. Press "Ok" - as a result you'll see video on your screen.
4. To adjust video quality go to Options - Settings
5. From the "Video format" menu choose maximal available resolution - it is depends on your video-camera type
6. Setup options for Video-recording. Options - Parameters. On the tab "Interval" setup time-period for pictures saving (if you want to make session of photos) In the "File name" field choose the path where your photo will be stored n. Mark an option "Increment captured name" if you want for photos to be named automatically (numbered). On the "File format" tab choose .JPEG to save photos in .jpeg format. Select picture quality from maximum to minimum.
7. To make a photo click on "Capture" button on the top menu and then click "Go" button. To make several photos select "Enable" - it means that photos will be taken with time interval that you've setup previously.

12. I forgot my password
If you've forgot your password you'll need to contact with our support center and ask to send you the password to e-mail that you've registered with our service. You can find our contacts on "Contacts" section at our web-site www.camtrue.com

13. What is off-line mode?

1. In this mode you can open video-chat without video-transferring and customers will not be able to chat with you in public chat-room.
2. Customer will be able only to join you in Private or semi-Private mode.

14. How to see my chats and payments history?
To see all your chats and payments history as well click on "Check statistics of previous video-sessions and payment on them" on the "Video-chathost Controls" page.
On the new page you'll see "Stat of video-sessions for..." with detailed description.
In the first column you'll see the number of your check, next - payment date, next - amount of money that you've bean paid for last week. To see mode detailed info click on the date of payment in second column.
Remember that you'll be paid only if total amount of your income more that $100.

15. Payments
Chathosts are gets 40% from amount that customer have paid for video-chat (in depends the amount of time spent on the site). In your tracking of payments and comparing with your work time please note that every new member after registration will get 300 seconds as a bonus. These seconds are been counted in your statistics but you'll get $0,5\minute.
Base comission - 40%. 16. How to write letters?

To write letter to any member of our service, do the next:

1. open your mail box ("Mail" in left menu)
2. Click on "Create new message" if you want to send a letter to any particular member. In the "To" field enter the name of the person you want send letter to, attach file (photo\s) and click on "Send" button - your letter has been sent. All sent messages will be stored in your mail.box in the "Sent messages" section.

17. What is FreeShow?

FreeShow mode allows any registered member who has passed Age Verification (i.e. paid member) to see your session. It runs 1 hour a day according schedule that was previously discussed with you (and your time in this mode will be paid) Users will see schedule of FreeShow sessions by clicking on FreeShow button on main page of www.camtrue.com.

Icon of your videosession in Freeshow mode will be marked with green-colored sign FreeShow.

You can start to work in FreeShow mode individually per your decision but to be paid by www.camtrue.com we would ask you to send request for participation to support@camtrue.com and get confirmation. All earned amount of money you get will be added to your's weekly check.

In the FreeShow mode you can't start Private or semi-Private sessions. It is recommended to run FreeShow as a soft-core without sex-toys and fingering.
